Download Free Understanding the Refiner’s Fire of God PDF by Reverend Ronald Davis Full Book and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2015-04-07 with total page 128 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I wrote this book to inform God’s people of His ways of processing and changing us. He does it through the inner working of the Holy Spirit and through His fire. God’s people don’t understand His internal workings. He said in Mal. 3:2–4 he would send His messenger and refine us as silver and gold, talking about His people. The messenger was Jesus. Jesus said He would baptize us with the Holy Ghost and fire. He was talking about purging our sins and purifying us of them. The fire of God, through the inner working of the Holy Spirit, burns the sin up and delivers us, if we repent and confess them and cooperate with His internal workings. Too many times, God’s people don’t understand this process of change. I go into detail in the book to explain. God’s not trying to hurt us, just change us, and too many times we don’t understand it. I pray you get a better understanding after you have read this book.

Download Free Refining Fire PDF by Duane C. Eastman Full Book and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2017-03-03 with total page 224 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is a book for healing wounded churches. When a church experiences conflict, it results in a wounded people. Healing for the church involves a healing of the people involved. The process is essentially the same for both. That is because the church is Gods vessel for healing the deep wounds of the human soul. The healing process set forth in this book is the application of biblical principles of grace that actually work. They have been tested and found to be amazingly effective. Damaged churches can experience renewal and become effective vessels of grace to their community. Wounded believers can experience renewal and restoration, discovering a dimension of Gods presence either forgotten or never before known. Understanding the reasons for conflict and division, rediscovering the healing impact of Jesus mission, catching a new vision of what it means to be the church in todays world, and designing a local fellowship so that healing grace defines worship and ministry is the focus of this book. As such, it is both a manual for personal healing of the deep wounds of the soul and for healing the wounded church.
Download Free Refiner's Fire PDF by JB Storm Full Book and published by Dorrance Publishing. This book was released on 2021-11-24 with total page 180 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Refiner’s Fire By: JB Storm Just like we refine precious metals by removing impurities to make them strong, or gems are formed by intense heat and polished to sparkle, we are refined by the challenges we face in life. Refiner’s Fire is about taking a new perspective and realizing we are in the college of life. In life we get mired down and forget that everyone around us has challenges, struggles, things that can bring us to our knees. The scriptures say: “No unclean thing can dwell with God.” Taking stories either from our own lives or lives of friends and sharing them to show (first), no one walks alone or goes through life without challenges and (two) challenges can be made into stepping stones that lead to our eternal progression or, if we so choose, can be stumbling blocks that lead us away from our perfect, clean self. It is our choice that determines which direction we will choose and how we will embrace those challenges. The hope is that at least one person benefits from the thoughts that are shared. And while some stories are shared several times there is significance each time. To a spiritual person thinking about how the Universe affects us through our own mind may help pave the way to better self. To a religious person, it doesn’t matter what faith you walk by; there is something upon the pages that may help you.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Please note: This is a companion version & not the original book. Sample Book Insights: #1 When we are experiencing heartbreak, it’s hard to think clearly enough to understand how our personal pain fits into the larger picture. But when we view life through the lens of God’s word, we can see that the paths of righteousness wind their way through green pastures and along quiet waters, but they can also go down into the valley of shadows. #2 The path that the sheep travel is a depiction of life. They don’t stay in one place, but are constantly moving toward the Shepherd’s house. They will regularly find themselves in unpleasant, difficult, and painful places, ones they would never choose to be in themselves. #3 We must learn to relinquish our expectations of the journey, and accept that what God provides is all we need. We must also realize that the darkness is not a place to fear, but something that the Shepherd uses to mature us. #4 The Shepherd is always present, even in the dark valleys. He leads us through the fields of green grass, and even into the dark valleys. He is always with us, and we can trust in His care.

Download Free The Coming of the Millennium PDF by Darrell J. Fasching Full Book and published by iUniverse. This book was released on 2000-12 with total page 146 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Throughout the last two millennia Christianity understood its divinely mandated mission to be "to conquer the world for Christ." Too often this proclamation led Christians to imagine that their goal must be the elimination of all non-Christians from the world through conversion or, when that fails, through coercion and violence (e.g., the Inquisition, the Crusades, anti-Semitic persecution, Western colonialism, etc.). At the beginning of the third millennium and an age of global diversity, Darrell J. Fasching argues that it is time for Christians to reject this view of their mission, along with the trail of prejudice and violence it has created, and replace militaristic metaphors of conquest with the biblical message of hospitality to the stranger. When we welcome the stranger, according to biblical teachings, we welcome God (Genesis 18:1-5), the Messiah (Matthew 25:35), or an angel of God (Hebrews 13:2). Fasching takes us on a journey through the stories of the Bible to show that diversity is God's covenant intention for humanity. Consequently, the mission of Christians must not be to convert or eliminate non-Christians but rather to welcome them as strangers, for a world without strangers is a world without God.

The Bible has a treasure of knowledge but you must remember the natural man [the unsaved man] receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:14. 2 Peter 1:20 & 1:21 Knowing this first that no prophecy of the scripture is of any privet interpretation.
